The Campaign Behind the Number

The fundraiser was set up to support repairs and an extension to the club's ball stop nets, while also building up a reserve of funds toward purchasing additional playing space. Guided by the Ralli Events team, 40 contestants ran their own campaigns in the months leading up to the event, and the club described the whole experience as excellent from start to finish.

Why the Community Showed Up

Butlersbridge's result shows what's possible when a clear, practical goal — safer nets, more space to grow into — gives a community something concrete to rally behind. Forty contestants each brought their own supporters into the campaign, and that groundwork carried the club well past what a single night's ticket sales could have raised alone.

The Number Behind the Night

€160,000 raised in total, with €103,000 coming directly from contestant donations, and every euro going toward ball stop net repairs and future playing space for the club.
