Once you've had your demo, our team will send over a simple sign up link to get things moving. From here you'll choose your date and venue, sign your contract and take care of the fee. It's a quick, straightforward process and we'll guide you through every detail so there's nothing to worry about.

As soon as you're signed up, you'll be introduced to your very own dedicated event manager. They'll support you throughout your event journey, on hand to answer questions, offer guidance and help with any issues along the way. Think of them as your personal point of contact from start to finish.
Recruit Your Contestants and Secure Sponsors
Now the fun begins, it's time to pick your Quid Game contestants and start bringing sponsors and donations on board. You won't be doing this alone: our team lends a hand with recruitment and works alongside you in the search for sponsors.
Day to Day Support from Your Event Manager
This is where everything comes to life. As your contestants take part in raffles and mini events to build momentum and donations, your event manager will keep the ideas flowing and offer practical support, from posters and social posts to keeping your live site updated.
